In my professional career I bend my efforts to customer service and managing teams working.
During my working I instill an ideology of respect for different customs, opinions and preferences. I really enjoy working for accomplished goals. I think teamwork is an essential part of workplace success. Part of being a good leader is learning how to understand your personal strengths and where you might need to draw assistance from others. In my professional career I've worked with managing bookkeeping and administrative positions. I work cooperatively to assign tasks, assess progress, participate respectfully in discussions, carry out assigned tasks and defer to my team members in the best interest of the goal, at the same time learning about positive teamwork behavior and discover how their own conduct can impact others on a team.
