Marcos Ramirez is borne and raised in Alajuela. As business administrator his tourist trajectory begins at the International Airport with airlines and then as part of a team on a successful hotel franchise.
Professional with 26 years of experience in the administration area, 16 years in management positions.
He is inclined toward the planification and calendarization for a good team work supervision as well as excellent management of the main asset of a company, the human resource.
Enjoys the beach and surfing since 1983, loves nature, likes to protect the environment and also enjoys family rides as well as adventure.
His biggest passion are the comments and reactions of very satisfied clients while experiencing a warm, sincere and dedicated service

Mauricio Aymerich

Marketing Manager

Our marketing director has more than 25 years of experience in the tourism industry. Graduated in Businness Administration from the University of Costa Rica he specialized on his own in tourism by taking different seminars with CINDE, PRAGMA Corporation in NY, Cornell University, INCAE and others. Has a certificate from the Service Quality Institute in Minnesota that entitles him to certificate staff on subjects like: Costumer Service, empowerment, leadership. He has been marketing director of The Small Distinctive Hotels, Villa Caletas, among other hotels. He firmly believes that the best marketing is an excellent customer service. On his free time he enjoys practicing the 3 sports of the triathlon.

Ortega

Executive Chief

Born and raised in Puntarenas, Costa Rica. Possess diplomas on Food Technology, Technician on processing seafood and alimentary. Specialties on French, Italian, Asian and Latin cuisine. Trainer on dual education at the National Learning Institute (INA), Technician on Hotel Cuisine, with a 17 year career working for different international brands in the hospitality business in Guanacaste, standing out on culinary  skills. His objective on every creation is to keep the essence of the raw materials and highlighting the local culinary identity. The culinary philosophy of Hansel Ortega is based on an innovative cuisine with identity.
